Utility Companies. A core function of the App is providing Photos and related metadata (such as location and timestamp) to Utility Companies. As described in the EULA, LineAlert owns and retains all rights to the Photos.
-
Kupaku and service providers. We share information with Kupaku and other vendors who process data on our behalf to host, develop, support, and operate the App, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. To the extent sharing Photos and metadata with Utility Companies or using certain analytics is considered a “sale” or “targeted advertising” under applicable law, you may exercise the rights described below.
4. Sensitive Data and Consent
Precise geolocation associated with Photos may be considered sensitive data under applicable law. By capturing and submitting Photos through the App, you consent to our collection and processing of this data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including provision to Utility Companies. We retain Photos, metadata, and other information for as long as necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. As stated in the EULA, LineAlert may retain Photos and related data after termination of your access to the App.
